"I am used to a campervan so having all the kitchen facilities and a safe suited me perfectly. The double bed was wide and firm. It wasn’t possible to have a cleaner for the six nights we stayed and I enjoyed the sense of privacy that allowed. The downside was that I had to run the hoover and put the rubbish out myself. Premiere Classe Lyon Centre - Gare Part Dieu

"Very modern hotel located very close to the main rail station. Very quiet rooms and rather large for europe in general. Staff were super helpful. The only downside, and I wouldnt say its a negative for the hotel itself, is the lack of restaurants near it, especially ones that offer breakfast compared to "La confluance" etc. But that justs more incentive to explore the city! The offered breakfast is worth the convenience and price though. "

"This was a lovely place to stay for a short business trip. The staff were really kind, both fluent in English and allowing me to practice my French! The spa and jacuzzi are also excellent and highly recommended, with equally kind and professional staff. My only complaint is that the complimentary espresso pods and teabags weren't refreshed after my first night, so I ended up heading out across the road for a morning coffee on my second day. Otherwise, everything was spotless, welcoming, and comfy!"

Outstanding staff

"Check in is on floor 32. We were greeted by wonderful knowledgeable staff and our room was on the 37th floor. The room was a great size and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was perfect with everything you need. The hotel is in a good position for shopping, however transport is difficult due to the construction works. If I have one negative then it's the heat in the room which is far too hot. We will definitely be back that's for sure. "
