"Although I stayed for one night, I had a pleasant stay. The personnel were very friendly and polite, the room and facilities were in perfect condition, the location is really good and close to a subway station. "

"The front desk is not 24/7. We arrived at 7pm and we have had to self check-in through a machine. The description of hotel mention it has a SPA as our benefit, but we did not find that and had no one to ask for. Note: they charge addition fee for after hour call."

"This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms."

"Amazing receptionist who stayed open late for us to check in after the train sabotage around Paris. Super helpful staff and a comfy, well equipped apartment - perfect for the family. Easy to access public transport and quiet, safe area close to all the main transport hubs and the Olympics."

"Great experience at Hotel Silky in Lyon - staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with a great quality mattress and nice bed linen. We had the hotel breakfast, which was good with plenty of options: patisserie items, eggs, meats, chesse and fruits. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Lyon. "
