Fully equipped Guest Cabin near the main home. Sleeps 2. Maximum of 4 (with extra guest fee).
Quiet property in the woods, very spacious rural neighborhood. lots of wildlife (moose, bears, lynx)
Kitchen, Laundry washer/dryer. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 Cozy Bedroom with full bed Memory foam mattress . Futon converts in to full bed with memory foam topper. BBQ , Patio furniture .
*There is 1 Outdoor Security Camera on the garage of the Main Home for safety.
5 minute walk to great ski trails,
6 minute drive to mountain hiking trails.
14 min drive to groomed ski trails and down hill skiing at HillTop ski area.
45 min drive to Alyeska ski resort.

Fantastic Stay
The location was really perfect. Close enough to services - grocery store 20 minutes away, but far enough out to feel secluded. Although I didn’t see, moose and bear roamed the property while I was there. Great meeting the hosts and family. I will say, the cabin is closer to their house than I thought - but this really wasn’t a problem and actually seldom saw the owners. Cabin was really nicely outfitted, with a lot of extras, plenty of spices for cooking, etc. it is small - i.e. cute. I was alone so not a problem, but the bed is probably a double (?) and I think would be kind of tight for 2 people, but if so, there’s a futon in the LR. So.. I do give the place and experience 5 stars. (This was the first VRBO I’ve stayed at.)

Perfect cabin! We stayed 2 weeks and it was in the perfect location. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with! Bed & Futon Bed were very comfortable. Owners are very close to the cabin and very sweet and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in this cozy little cabin while visiting anchorage and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great if you don’t want to be in the city, and they have a very sweet dog that will greet you when arriving. We loved our stay and will definitely try to book again if we come back to anchorage!

The property was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided only had to get food. It is in a great location out of town but not far and was able to quickly get to were we wanted to go. Would stay again. Thanks for the great place.

The cabin is very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. I loved being able to get out of the city so quickly! The views along the roads outgoing are breathtaking! I appreciated the privacy despite the cabin being so close to the main home. Matt was an excellent host!

Perfect Location between Anchorage and Wilderness!
This cute little cabin was all we needed. With every day we had excursions from 6 to 8 hours long and all starting point of Anchorage. This made the cabin just perfect for us. Cabin had everything we needed to make dinner or breakfast. We didn’t need the bear spray at the cabin nor on our excursions but it was nice that it was made available to us already at the cabin. We did see Moose twice coming and going from the cabin! Thank you kindly for a pleasant stay, Ronnie & Renae Minnesota

Everything at this little cabin was perfect! We just needed somewhere to stay for our last few days in Alaska and we couldn't have asked for a better place. It was very clean, cute, and provided all the essentials you need away from home. We even had a black bear out on the porch in the morning and saw a grizzly chasing a mamma moose and her calf only a few miles from the house. Very nice neighborhood and on a beautiful property also. Thank you so much!

Great Cabin, perfect location!
I can’t say enough good things about this listing. If you want to stay in Anchorage, but want to feel like you are a little bit away, look no further. I traveled to Anchorage for business but didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so this was perfect. The drive in is gorgeous and the hosts are very accommodating. I asked if they had an iron/ironing board and they provided one at check in! I was also treating to some great baked goods, totally unexpected but very much appreciated! I can’t say enough good things about this rental, location, price, hosts, it’s all excellent! Thanks again to the Stewarts! I will definitely try and book this again in the future !

This possibly might be one of the nicest little cabins in Anchorage and nicest rental on Vrbo. The owners are kind and laidback and truly made me feel as if I were at home. If you have to choose between this cabin and another I insist on this one!

Great vacation
This is a great cabin. My son and I had everything we needed and really enjoyed this last vacation together before he ships off to the military. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the whole place was super clean. We loved using the grill. Having a washing machine and dryer was really nice. The hosts were EXTREMELY helpful when I screwed up with my reservation. I highly recommend this property.

Exceptional!
This place was an awesome find! It was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions to easily hike, site see, or shop. The place was clean and well stocked with miscellaneous supplies. The hosts checked in frequently and were very accommodating.
