"The property was great. We arrived early and was able to check in and get into our room prior to arrival. The room was great, just wish they had microwaves inside the unit. But there was a microwave a short walk away. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the views were amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning, and the ocean view was amazing. I’m glad we stayed here, and we will be back again. "

"Came to Kona during the Ironman competition not knowing it was happening and all the hotels were booked so went for a VRBO versus a hotel. Was bummed until I checked into the condo and experienced the private beach club! Great stay!"

"Beautiful condo in a well maintained and close to the beach condo complex. To address some negative reviews: - air-conditioning works and works well, we were never uncomfortable in the condo - no bugs in the condo, make sure you keep the door closed to prevent those getting in - kitchen is well stocked to prepare and eat simple meals or have a take out dinner; great grill!!!! Outside sink is a nice feature. Clean and sufficient utensils and plates. -it is well and professionally cleaned, spotless - full stock of beach essentials in the closet - has all imaginable necessities for comfortable stay including extra pillows, blankets, an ironing board, even a pack and play - beds in the second bedroom are short and do wobble; fine for kids to sleep on, but i wouldn't count on an adult sleeping there; they do have a pull out couch, but we did not test it -nice bathrooms, both with double sinks, one with walk in shower and soaking tub, second with bath/shower -hard surface floor through out -I would suggest putting blinds over the living room sliding door/window and over the window by the entry door; I can clearly see how some people would be quite uncomfortable due to lack of privacy. Great experience overall, will return! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and comfortable with all that we needed for our time on the Big Island. It is in a beautiful and convenient location. The airport is nearby and shopping was easily accessible. We were there during the Ironman and a few roads were closed but not a huge factor with patience. We will definitely consider a return to this area and condo! Thank you, Sandy for hosting us and to Dani for her communication with us. "

"Fantastic location and perfect space for the three of us. Spacious floor plan, great outside balcony with built in bbq, table for 4, beautiful grounds and ocean view. 2 min walk to pool and beach area. Pool area had plenty of chairs, towels and the views were amazing. I would definitely stay in this location and property again. Suggestion would be to have basic spices in condo such as saLt and pepper. We entered at night and it was impossible to read the building numbers, so better written instructions are needed. "
