"This is a beautiful old hotel with classic marble and wood decor, which does show its age a bit but in a charming way. The location is close to the station which was handy for an early flight. The rooms was a very good size for Amsterdam, it was well equiped with good coffee, excellent bathroom. The price was very good for this quaility of hotel. Above all the staff were fantastic. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to others."

"The hotel was well located, a few blocks away from Anne Frank house and Central Station. It is a small hotel, cozy and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large and accommodated us well-we were 3 women. My only concern was the front desk is unattended from 11PM to 7AM and if you want breakfast , you have to make reservations the day before. "

"Everything was absolutely perfect except for the heating/plumbing/electrical. Shower drain barely worked, bottom of shower filled with water. Sink faucet handle slowly leaked water when turned on. Heat was on but room still felt quite cold, so maybe a bit under-designed for the space. Some of the lights upstairs did not work so the upper loft area was a bit dark. Just not stuff you would expect to be wrong at a place as nice as The Dylan."
