Excellent location just minutes from busy Rainbow street. There are mosques all around, so don’t be surprised by the call to prayer. Otherwise, located on a quiet street, with good security and great view of the Citadel. We stayed in the Ajloun Forrest suite. Will definitely come and stay here again.

Great location, amazing view

We chose this hotel mainly for its location. We were not disappointed. Close to the city centre attractions and Rainbow st. The incredible views came as a bonus. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Good location. Close to downtown as well as rainbow street, although some steep climb on way back from downtown. In good condition, staff very helpful. Good restaurant on site. Overall highly recommended.

Even though I am a customer at this cafe, I found their apartment hosting to be inconsiderate and hostile. I had invited two guests to have dinner with me at 10:30 and they refused to let them in and they argued that this was no place for guests. I was extremely humiliated infront of my guests, therefore I would prefer next time to stay at a more friendly institution.

Wild Jordan Centre has a magnificent view of the old city of Amman, the Citadel and is owned by the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature. The local food served in the restaurant is excellent and all products for sale in their shop are guaranteed locally made. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. One of the best places I have stayed ... ever.

View of the Citadel

My wife and I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging transport to Jerash and Petra. The view from the hotel is spectacular, good food in the restaurant. Great location between the archeological sites and Rainbow Street. We would absolutely stay again.

The suite is spacious and clean. The property doesn’t seem so secure. I was expecting a traditional hotel setup where you enter a lobby and then access your room. The actual lodge setup would allow someone to directly access your door. No shampoo and conditioner unless you request it. There was only one bar of old soap in the bathroom. The location is high up a hill so you have to trek down a long way. The restaurant is really nice! Had a good breakfast there. My main issue with this lodge is that I paid $30 more dollars and stayed at the Intercontinental, which is a 5-star hotel. I originally chose Wild Jordan because of its proximity to the Citadel. However I ended up taking an Uber over because I would have to take a strenuous hike down and up to get to the Citadel. Overall, I don’t think the lodge is worth the price per night, but I did enjoyed the restaurant.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la cura degli ambienti, per la vista della città che si gode dalla camera e per la vicinanza a Rainbow street, che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi, strada in cui si trovano diversi ristoranti locali dove cenare. Sarebbe bello che nei mesi invernali la stanza sia un po' più calda. Se alloggiate più di un giorno non aspettatevi il rifacimento giornaliero della camera, non usa in Giordania, la nostra infatti non è stata rifatta nonostante avessimo appeso il cartello alla porta.

Thé view from our room over downtown Amman and up to the Citadel was breathtaking. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with all of my questions. The room was very comfortable and spacious. From my spacious room, which included a kitchenette, I had a view of the Amman Citadel and all of city that sits in the shadow of this historic hilltop. Due to the pandemic, the regular busses were not running; therefore, Wild Jordan arranged a driver -- Mohammad Aweidah with "Jordan Plains" -- to take me to Petra.
