“The property has dead end halls and can be confusing for some. The hotel has alot of things that needs improvement as far as the "quality" of the hotel rooms. If looking for a quick place to sleep, it will do the job. Didnt have any bugs or anything and was clean. Alot of outside activity going on at night like people hanging out in the parking lots smoking weed and drinking. ”

“The hotel was a bit hard to find since it is tucked in from the main road behind Chick-fil-A. There is a gas station close by. Hotel is very clean and pretty new with very good security. Could hear airplanes in the room when the AC was not on. Nice kitchenette but dishes not provided inside the room. The hairdryer also needs to be requested at the front desk. No breakfast but free coffee provided. Plenty of parking spots.”

“the hotel is near to downtown, which is good. the lobby is in a mess as they are re-decorating. room is smelly. lamps are with dust. quilt and pillow are clean fortunately. breakfast need to be picked by yourself and take it back to room. the breakfast lady was very nice and friendly. However this is not the case with the receptionist. I stand right in front of her for over 30 seconds. She just pretend not seeing me and keep playing her phone. and all of sudden, start talking and proceeding for……

“We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well appointed. We thought the breakfast was good. It is located behind a surgery center and we had very little traffic. The outside pool area is nice, they supplied the towels and the grandkids liked it. My only complaint was that the bed in room 106 is on the same wall as the exit and it is a very heavy door. Luckily, there was not much late/early traffic, we we endured.”

“This made the third or fourth time we have stayed here. The facility is clean, smells great, has a lovely pool and common area too. I have to thank Tina at the front desk and Aaron in shipping and receiving. I was in desperate need of a UPS packaging that was sent for me and they took great care of me to ensure I had it when it was needed.”

“The marsh in is perfect for your days in NOLA there is a ton of restaurants that are walking distance surrounded by a quaint neighborhood. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and full of charm. If you need to work while you’re there the court yard is perfect for reading, working, or sitting outside and sipping cocktails from the bar! Would highly recommend”
