"The property was in good condition. Two things I did not like was our room was not ready by 3PM as advertised. We did not get into our room until after 4pm. Additionally check in and check out took a very long time. If you could find a way to automate those procedures that would save time. The other thing I did not like was how slippery the tile got when it was wet. I even fell my first day there. As it is a resort with both pool and ocean, I would think non-skid tile would have been...

Our apartment was spacious and clean and I appreciated the extra amenities in the kitchen and there was a huge dressing area in the room for our suitcases. The food at the restaurant is excellent! "The property was gorgeous and lots to do and animations for the kids. We all had a great time. The Santa coming on a boat to the resort and handing gifts to every single children was a nice touch. Friendly staff and all multilingual. Not pushy like other timeshare resorts. "

We were taken to the smallest room with the smallest bed. The only other room was slightly larger with 2 small beds, I believe they would be a full size which doesn’t really work when you’re over 6” tall!
