"i was put in a handicap room because of some bird show here in des moines . the lights on the right side of the room didn"t work and the only heater was on the left side of the room so it didnt heat very well. there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower leaks water all over the floor. staff are friendly tho and at least I was offered breakfast early due to having to go to work but I think that was due to the many people that were there.I stayed here alot this month due to the cold...
