Altona-Nord Business Hotel

"Recently visited for an event in Hamburg with some friends - room size and amenities were excellent, beds were very spacious and comfortable. Sound deadening was excellent and we didn't have any noise from any other rooms in the vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and well presented. They allowed us to store some luggage for us before check-in and allow for us to travel around the city before it was time to check-in. "Hotel is conveniently located in the altona station. Clean. However, Check in experience was not good. The self check in machine gave us keys to somebody's room. So we had to go back n forth "

"We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend! "
