"reat location not far from downtown GR, very clean room ( we were impressed since so many reviews talk negatively) outside of the building is a bit dated but it’s kept up, halls were clean , bed was comfortable, there was a microwave in the room and a refrigerator. Sundance restaurant is 1 mile away. Great place to get breakfast. lobby was abit on the heavy smell of dope but its a typical Michigan smell in most hotels in this State so it was to be expected. That was the only place it could be...

"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."
