"The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "
