"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. "I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "
