"This is a unique place to stay with old world charm and beautiful views. The room was small but big enough to have a bed area, table seating, small kitchen and couch. Shared patio and living room area are available. One misfortune is I am allergic to some scent r detergents and the one used here was particularly irritating. Even with that I would stay again!"

Located in a beautiful old neighborhood with a bakery close by. Within an easy walk of the old city. We did not drive so can't comment on parking. Communication with proprietor was all done by email and/or texting, but no glitches."

I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time.
