"Well placed near the water. Check in is not at the hotel but nearby. Went the wrong way trying to find the hotel. It is bizarrely, built attached to a huge abandoned apartment building. Looks like a reno project that Covid killed. However, hotel was excellent. Will stay there again."

"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. "Beautiful complex, well kept grounds, villa dated in some areas such as the kitchen. Needed to call out maintenance several times as electrics tripped, pool step broken, pool lights broken. Staff in the restaurant were lovely, very helpful, polite and accommodating. "

Apartment Asami - Beautiful one bedroom acco with great outdoor area!

Misleading property

"Unfortunately our stay at the casa Asami was not as expected. The ground level apartment seems to have major moisture issues, making the whole place stink of mildew. In addition, we would wake up with the place completely wet and damp from the moisture. They had a small dehumidifier that we used in the bedroom, but unfortunately it was broken and left puddles all over the floor, damaging our clothes with weird chemicals. Oh also, the stove does not work so we had to throw out our groceries. The overall comfort of the place is also not very welcoming. The location worked out well for us as we wanted to be close to the coast and the beaches. It’s about a 35 min drive to Lagos too if you want more action. "
