Lovely property
We enjoyed a short break in this lovely peaceful property. It was very cosy and comfortable. The view and situation is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom is very comfortable with a great ensuite. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Lovely property next to the river Avon. Property is very modern inside and very comfortable. The decking is a great sun trap . Great place to watch the boats etc go by if that's what you wish to do . Thank you Victoria and Richard

Real Little Gem
The Lily Pad is absolutely delightful - a wonderfully relaxing spot right on the riverbank and with all amenities close at hand. I had a lovely time busy doing nothing and didn't feel guilty once. The weather was an added bonus. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Perfect, restful, stay
Everything about the Lily Pad works the way it should. This makes staying there a delight, one can just relax and enjoy the river drifting by outside, the comfort and the excellent situation. As before, this all made for a lovely stay. Thank you, Victoria!

Lovely short break...
Very spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed and shower. The location is close to a number of places to eat including "The Bridge" and Harry Bones's take away pizza both which we would recommend. Prosecco in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch! Great view over the river and a Co-op close by. We used the park and ride to get into Stratford which was only a few miles away. Would happily stay there again

Beautiful spot stunning accommodation
The accommodation is superb. The finishes and choice of decor is excellent. Everything is to an extremely high standard and makes it a really comfortable enjoyable stay. We ate at The Eaterie just behind the Lilypad which served the best breakfasts and did burger nights on Thursday and Friday, not to be missed. The location is stunning. Canot ask for more. Will definitely be back.

We loved absolutely everything about this beautiful, stylish studio beside the river. It is every bit as lovely as it looks in the photographs. Relax and potter or explore the delights that this part of Warwickshire has to offer. Victoria and Richard are perfect hosts. Who can ask for anything more!

Property is first class. Right on the waterfront. Really wonderful for a relaxing holiday. Bus service available in Village Square to Stratford on Avon. 2 sipermarkets in village and plenty of choice for places to eat.

Peaceful without being cut off
The Lily Pad really is as good as the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped, and from the sofa you can see the River Avon flowing past, and watch the ducks and swans swim by. There is the deck for this too, but we were there in January, so preferred to enjoy the setting from indoors!

Anniversary get away “Just Us “
The Lilly pad is beautiful, all that one could wish for if seeking a get away from it or special time together. The apartment is perfect, the hosts great. It is lovely and quite and the river is so relaxing to sit by and watch. There is plenty of walks, pubs and eat outs if you want, the Lilly pad has all that you need if you want to cook. Highly recommend, we stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. Jennifer and Paul

Delightful property and location
well appointed, light and spacious property in a lovely spot on the riverside (be prepared for the opposite river bank to be busy at weekends!) Excellent postion for RSC ,(don't bother with the current Macbeth it is dire!) historic houses and gardens and superb places to eart.Charming helpful hosts. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little apartment right on the river, great location for walking to local spots plus day trips viewing the Cotswolds. Only comment there is a step up to the bathroom, and if need to visit the bathroom during the night, need to be careful if light not on. Otherwise beautiful place

Overall a lovely place. Access in & out of parking space tricky especially if you have a large car. Unfortunately a very loud fun fair did spoil the peace & quite of the place, but the owners were unaware that it would be there & did show concern.

Riverside Retreat
The property did not disappoint. The property was immaculate, comfortable and a big plus was that the instruction manuals for all the domestics appliances were professionally presented in a ring binder (so often missing whatever the price), together with comprehensive information relating to the area The riverside location was peaceful and most convenient for Stratford on Avon, Broadway, Hailes Abbey and Winchcombe, and the Cotswolds. Hidecote, and other gardens are in easy reach. We also visited Kelmscot (William Morris's Manor house). This was a most relaxing 40 mile drive through wonderful countryside. We will certainly be returning Victoria and Richard were most welcoming hosts.

You've seen the pictures, now book the place cos it's even more wonderful.
Victoria and Richard are fabulous hosts even contacting you on arrival day to make sure everything if OK. And 'Oh my,' everything is glorious. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Along with an amazing decking area which can't be beaten. There's so much to do in the area with Stratford on Avon and Leamington Spa in one direction and The Cotswold in the other........I mean who wouldn't love a day at Burton on the Water, Stow on the Wold or Broadway? You have 2 restaurants/pubs on your doorstep, The Bridge was delicious food. The problem is dragging yourself away from a good book or watching the boats pass by from the various levels of the decking. Book it.
