No booking took place
I received an email confirmation, it was listed on my vrbo app, and I was charged. However, we arrived and they claimed they had not responded to me and I had no reservation. The motel is run by people from India. This place should be removed because the business isn’t actually using or checking vrbo reservations. Thank you.
