Gorgeous house in a very safe area
This is a very cute house in a nice neighborhood with a a cute little park down the street and a dog park a 4 min drive away. Tons of restaurants within delivery range.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at this beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. This house is located in a very nice neighborhood and we would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and was very responsive.

Nice Property
This house is in a great location and very roomy. The house does allow pets, and unfortunately, the carpet has suffered as a result. The carpet clearly needs to be replaced as it is very worn and stained all over. I recommend tile if the owners are going to continue to allow pets. The upstairs sitting area was very cozy and where we spent most of our time. The downstairs living was a little cavernous for just the two of us, but if you have a larger group, it would work well. The rest of the property was very clean, just the carpet that needs attention.

The home was very nice, carpet probably should be replaced, the pictures show a little grass in the back, but it was all dead and debris on the patio. We enjoyed our three nights at the property.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful quiet & safe neighborhood - walkable with nice views. Separate climate zone for upstairs bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, nice bath products, garage access, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay
Absolutely loved the house. It fit everyone perfect with plenty of space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room area were clean when we got there and overall well taken care of. Lighting is a bit dull and its a bit far out from its nearest restaurant/gas station. Also have to mention that the location is very close by a few nice hikes. We enjoyed our stay in ABQ.

Our stay was wonderful and Erin was very communicative and kind. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and how she handled any hiccups before and during our stay. Beautiful and comfortable home in a Very nice neighborhood. This was our first time to Albuquerque and we greatly enjoyed our visit. The house made our visit even more special. We greatly appreciate the host for being accommodating and for communicating with us.

Great home in a great neighborhood but disappointing cleaning
Carpets upstairs were not vacuumed. Master bath shower uncleaned. Clothes left in the dryer. Grill was caked in dirt. Water filter was overdue in refrigerator and ice maker was not working properly. M&M’s were under master bedroom along with socks, which my dog found. Screen door for patio was in disrepair too. I felt so gross with the filth of the house, we slept in our clothes and left at first light.

Great house!!
This Albuquerque home is new and such beautiful construction. We loved the big windows and the openness of the floor plan. The rooms and baths were perfect for us. So nice to have a big shower to enjoy. The backyard made it easy to keep our dogs safe and managed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We spent the weekend visiting family and this property was perfect for the stay. The rooms were good size and the house is in good condition. The smoke detector battery was low and it kept beeping, but I alerted the property manager to fix. The filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced, but there were water bottles provided instead. Overall, it was a great stay in Albuquerque and we recommend this spot. Thank you for an enchanted stay!

Modern house close to Petroglyphs
We were in town for a family reunion and were very fortunate to find this property in our family’s neighborhood. The modern accommodations with southwest charm were just what we’re looking for. Location was great with easy access to the petroglyphs and a short drive to stores. It was also a great place to take in the Albuquerque’s firework display.

Overall the stay was great. A few things you may not know. Filter on the microwave and fridge need changing, Ice didn't work after the first night, the dishwasher leaks, kitchen rugs should be taped down as they created a slip hazard, and lastly the gas fireplace would work and then the flame would go dim and then flash back on (not working properly). I would love a toaster and a blender in this property. These are not deal breakers , just an fyi from someone who stayed there. Easily rectified.
