Nice property but listing agent dropped the ball.
House was nice & clean, outdoor furniture was old & warped in some areas.
The listing agent forgot to leave the renters packet with the required bracelets to use the community pool lake & activity center.
I contacted the main number right away I spoke to someone, who said they were working with the local home office. I was assured I would have had the package that day. Hours go by without any communication so I followed up with another text back to them.
At midnight I received a message asking if it was dropped off by the local office it was not.
We were only staying 2 nights & had things planned out on a tight time frame. My daughter loves swimming wanted to use the lake but unfortunately by the time they brought the admission bracelets it was too late.
I also contacted the owner of the property & received no response. It was just poor communication all around & carelessness. It wasn't a cheap property either. For the price without use of the lake & pool it wasn't worth it.
While this was disappointing we still made the best of it with our other plans.
I just won't be using avantstay or this listing again.
