"Stayed in 2 hotels in Banff, one a little bit closer and this one. This hotel was amazing compared to the other one. Even though it was 500m further out, I would recommend highly. Also free underground parking was a bonus. "

"Great spot for 2 nights in Jasper. Fully contained room was excellent and well appointed. Use of scattered outdoor fireplaces and seating was a nice touch. "

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The suite had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The property is older but who cares if you can stay near Banff for such a reasonable rate?! We loved the location and the laid back vibe. And when I needed to stay an extra night, the staff member was very friendly and made it happen. I would definitely stay again. "

"Staff were quick to send any missing items from room. Executive suite very quiet and suited our needs, No towels by pool in the morn, but we managed. Pool and hot tub both at good temps for my liking. Pub food was great, but for some reason, hours later than posted. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"Beautiful new hotel in Banff-Dining at Good Folk Restaurant on site was world class. Great balcony and nice rooftop hot pools for apres. A bit more attention to detail was needed on cleaning in the room but that was the only knock. Staff were all friendly and responsive. "
