"When we arrived late at night after a long flight we were met at the door by a man that told us the hotel was closed for renovations. What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call. "If you are looking for a place to get away, this is where to go. Very secluded, very relaxing! We did a friends solo trip. Got to see the lights every night. Many options on things to do there. Prices are super reasonable, especially for drinks and food. The staff is amazing. Only little things I have to say is...water taste terrible (like sulfer) but one of the workers let us know where to get the "good water" at. Rooms are a bit small and super hot. "I was attending an event with 2 of my adult children, and the hotel was within a short distance to the event location. We checked in quickley and our room was large enough and clean as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was comfortable and pleasent."

"Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. At one point in the evening after being out of the room for dinner we noticed the heat was not working correctly. Contacted the front desk & they had a maintenance man to our room within minutes. He fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!! Staff all around were very wonderful! "
