"Check out was supposed to be at 11 but at 10am an employee was banging on the door harder than the police waking us up and telling us it was time for checkout. "

"I liked that it had side door access to the parking lot with the key card. The ice machine worked wonderfully. The room was clean and I liked the television being mounted on the wall. I was a little disappointed that they provided coffee, The management were professional and accommodated my needs. "
