"A huge room!!!! I was very comfortable and convenient. Once we figured out, Subway station wasn’t far at all. Lobby was very small and packed at check in time. But it was smooth. Restaurants were close and very convenient location to other towns in Tokyo. We took taxi to JR Station to go to Haneda Airport, it was around ¥1000. We will stay here again!"

"It was so convenient being above a mart. The front staff were so helpful and friendly, bringing us our luggage we had shipped from Kyoto. After that we didn't really need to engage. Lots of people going in and out, plenty of elevators. It was about 10-15 min walk to the trains and convenient for us to get around Tokyo. It's also in an area near lots of restaurants and some cafes."

"Capsule pod's were nice. But I was told from one of the receptionist's, the balconies and stairs were not accessable. The lockers were narrow with not enough space for two carry-ons. I had to take some of my clothes out and spread them out in my locker for all my stuff to fit. Also the locker corridor was narrow. Trying to change without knocking someone behind you trying to walk to their locker was a massive challenge!"
