"This is a great little apartment with a great view. Small but nice size for two. BUT, you will have to do a lot of hiking and climbing unless you have a car. The climb to the fourth floor is worth it for the view but there is a lot of climbing up the hill before. And the municipality of Aiacciu has withdrawn the local 2bis bus route and replaced it with a more expensive tourist bus number 5 from DeGaulle square. We bought a carnet of bus tickets only to be told by the driver that the city buses...

"Un bel emplacement, à la sortie d’Ajaccio, en direction des Sanguinaires . Plusieurs plages, paillotes et restaurants à proximité. Un appartement bien conçu (nous étions 2 avec notre fille, venue nous rejoindre pour quelques jours) offrant une belle vue sur la baie, dans une résidence calme, où parfois le soir, on a la joie, la surprise et l’amusement d’entendre les cochons sauvages, juste au pied de l’immeuble, venir doucement grogner. Un bon spot que je recommande. "

"Had trouble finding the property initially, as an exact address wasn't provided, and the property manager didn't speak English well enough to understand or help. Wi-fi was variable, but overall a good property for a pair of couples or a family.... spacious, clean and very convenient just outside Ajaccio, and close to local amenities. Tennis court was a nice bonus, as was the BBQ facility, both well used! Would have been useful to have a welcome guide to local restaurants, amenities, wifi code...
