"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. I would highly recommend this hidden gem"

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before...

"We booked the Palais Nazha Fes in November for a much-anticipated visit to Morocco in late December and were very much looking forward to ring out the year in Fes. To our surprise, the Palais Nazha Fes cancelled our stay the day before we arrived “due to a technical problem in our Riad.” Since we were traveling in remote areas of Morocco at the time, we had very limited internet access but after several hours we managed to find a new hotel in Fes on extremely short notice for those three days...
