「Ein netter Empfang mit Begleitung zum Zimmer waren schon mal ein guter Start in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist ja wohl nicht eingerichtet und man fand alles, was man benötigt. Sehr schön wäre noch eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung gewesen. Etwas hellhörig war mein Zimmer beziehungsweise lag es wahrscheinlich am zu laut schnarchenden Gast im Nebenzimmer.Das Frühstück war mit den frischen Brötchen gut. Vor der Haustür gab es sogar eine Ladestation.」

「We stayed here for a few days over Christmas whilst visiting nearby family. Communication with Jan before our stay was excellent and the hotel was exactly what was needed. A large clean room, nice and warm with a good shower and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. 」

「The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant. No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one. They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? 」

「Good location. The hotel is very close to train station (3-5 minutes walking distance) and city centre, the room is simple and clean. The hotel staff are friendly. 」

「The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best」
