"This property is beautiful. The service, rooms, cleanliness, amenities are top notch. Dining options are a bit limited in the area and only option is the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was great and dinner I thought was okay. I would recommend breakfast meal plan when booking the hotel. Would definitely stay again, a gem forsure!"

"The Grand Nikko Tokyo Maihama Bay is a spectacular property! Truly a sight to behold on the inside. Highly recommended for folks looking to stay near Tokyo Disney. We had a superior room with 3 beds, and it was well appointed and spacious enough for 2 adults, a teenager and an 8-year-old. We had a view of the Bay and of Disneyland and we were able to see the fireworks and light show, and we were even able to hear the music playing along with everything. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, from the front desk all the way to the hotel cleaning staff. They made us feel welcome every time we saw someone. This hotel is very convenient to the Resort Line train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to get to Disneyland and DisneySea, and the shopping mall. The buffet restaurant in the lobby was great - from the staff to the food. I would love to stay here again next time we go to Tokyo Disney!"

"This was a fantastic place to stay after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The shuttle is very easy to use and recognize, the staff are super helpful and welcoming and everything you need is on site. I was warmly greeted on arrival with staff who communicate in some English, enough for me to figure out what they are saying. Lawson's is brilliant for snacks or souvenirs, there is also a wonderful gift shop. I ate at 'Serena' and the coffee shop on the first floor. Food was delicious in both places. If you go up to the 11th floor there is a great place to sit and watch the planes come and go. For it's proximity to the airport, you would hear the occasional plane but that didn't worry me. If I ever come back to Japan, I will stay here again. I will recommend it to anyone who travels here too. "
