Guests have the option of visiting the cute critters living on the property as well as an abundant garden full of you pick seasonal veggies, all you can pick and eat for the stay.
The space

The RV is nestled in a Locust grove which provides some shade, and the view is of the water. The Owners main house is approximately 50 feet behind and away from the RV, the RV is positioned for maximum privacy for guests, on over 5 acres of agricultural and residential properties.
Inside Amenities:
We made some awesome upgrades to the interior of the RV, fresh paint throughout, painted cabinets in the kitchen and living room, new wood flooring and carpet in the kitchen and living room, additional sleeping space in the living room, new 32" HD TV, additional kitchen implements and new 100% cotton bedding for the master bed.
Fully furnished and appointed unique space for a quiet getaway, can sleep 5 adults in the RV with 2 people in the bedroom and space for 3 people to sleep in the living room.
Dog friendly (there are 2 resident dogs on site, so only people and dog friendly, K9 allowed) deposit required.
Kitchen has a double sink, refrigerator freezer, oven, 4 burner stove top, coffeemaker, teapot, toaster, all the things you need for a home away from home getaway.
Included are the basic things like spices, oil, paper towels, pots pans dishes, etc. We will even have some Old Bay, so you can steam your own, dock caught crabs!
Bathroom boasts a stand up shower tall enough for most people.
Queen size bed in master, queen size fold out sofa and futon in living area.
Electric fireplace- can be run for ambiance and or heat.
Dining table and bar space with stools.
I mention it last because we hope you have too much fun to use them, TV with basic cable and Internet.
Outdoor Amenities:

Crabbing and basic fishing equipment provided. (Guests must have a valid fishing license, and bring their own bait/chicken necks).
Large crab cooking pot and propane cooker to steam the amazing catch of day!
Docking available at our private dock for duration of stay.
Commercial grade ice maker.
Cooler for storing food, beer or catch of the day.
2 outdoor showers, RV has open air shower, main house offers enclosed outdoor shower, great after a fun day in the water or a dirty ol' dogie.
Fire pit for cooking "smores", hot dogs etc. First nights Marshmallows, Graham Crackers and Hershey Chocolate, provided.
Screened in Gazebo with picnic table.
Propane BBQ with utensils.
Horseshoe pit, corn-hole, volleyball/badminton court, croquet, and more!
Relaxing hammock for 2.
Did I mention water sports? 1 Canoe, 2 Kayaks, row boat and paddle boat all appropriate paddles and safety equipment provided.

Colton's Point boasts fishing pier on the Potomac, marine museum with a water taxi to take you to the light house on the island and schoolhouse museum.
Several horse farms for trail riding through beautiful St. Mary's County.
AND... just in case this is too much relaxation, Leonardtown is approximately 18 minutes away with a lovely public winery and all the things you need to join the hustle and bustle of the real world. Hollywood and California, Maryland aren't much farther.
Other things to know:
WIFI has been updated to Verizon high speed internet.
We are in the country near water, we have mosquitoes, I highly recommend bringing bug spray.
We have well water, although we have a double filter on the hose that provides water it can have a sulfur smell, we have done everything we can to reduce the smell.
On Friday we have the bathroom holding tank pumped out (you will be glad we do) during the pump out we will need access to the bathroom. This only takes a few minutes and back to the fun.
