"Only used it as a base for a very short football trip but it was spot on. Near the station, good price, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. best of all when we got back after the decent nearby restaurants were closed reception was able to sell us a bottle of wine and big bag of chili crisps!"

The people have become much less friendly, and are actually rude; and the place is getting run down - you can see it in the paint on the walls, stains on the carpet, etc. Breakfast is nothing special at all. "We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It...
