「优点： 1.房间够大，一房一厅，几乎有45平米； 2.房间里有准备的水果，饼干，红酒，水，免费的咖啡机； 3.离老城近，走路8分钟； 4.前台服务不错缺点： 1.房间窗户对着街道，对面就是药房，窗帘不遮光，一晚上都能感觉到灯光； 2.早餐实在是一般，对不起五星级酒店的称号，说句实在话，不好吃」

「The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!」

「Beautiful old building. Room was spacious and tastefully appointed. Very comfortable bed. Great bar with nice comfy chairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Area is peaceful and quiet at night, and a very easy, walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, sightseeing.」

「The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes, I went back and queued up at front desk and asked for help. The young girl then called her colleague...

「Ein sehr schöner Platz und super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Fußnähe zu erreichen. Nur die direkte Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen….. liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel selbst sondern an der Stadtverwaltung selbst. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. 」

「Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner...

「This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice」
