"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service...

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Beautiful classic but still modern property on the perfect location. Staff have been wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot at the Perfume restaurant as well. We upgraded to the presidential suite which was definitely worth it. "Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades.
