"There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us. "

A 5 star hotel, should offer continuous dining service and the room service. If you want something to eat approximately between 10:30am and lunch, or between 3 and 6pm, you are out of luch.
