「Beautiful location overlooking the sea which was crystal clear and stunning. Lovely outdoor pool and indoor spa. Attentive staff. Great choice of restaurants; Italian, Bistro style, buffet (we had a couple of dinners and daily breakfast) and Indian (didn’t try this due to nut allergies). 「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! 「A lovely characterful property in a quiet, yet incredibly convenient location. Our suite in the Hideaway was on the top floor with a mezzanine level and outdoor spa pool. The view towards the harbour and of the three cities was amazing. However, for someone less mobile the spiral staircase might be tricky to climb. The hotel was very luxurious and the service first class. We will definitely return as Malta has so much to offer and 3 days wasn’t nearly enough time to experience it all. 」

「An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. 」

「The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. 「Much more than what we expected, it's a bit like Dr Who's telephone box, the hotel looks small on the outside but once you go inside, it is spacious, modern, clean, and has friendly staff. Very tentative, credit to the hotel. Also the hotel is in a great location. The only slight issue was the towels, which were very tired and in bad condition, but this was a minor issue. Look forward to the next visit.」
