"A very nice property, and close to the downtown Bar Harbor area. Staff very friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Our only problem was that we couldn't lower the temperature in the room, and finally left the sliding door open a crack, otherwise the room was 75 degrees."

We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. Staff was quick to address any issues such as a clogged toilet. I was beyond impressed with our view and the included continental breakfast was above and beyond. All staff were ever so courteous. I highly recommend this property. A short drive to town."

"This property has been great for two stays now and the staff is awesome! The construction is kind of distracting, but the progress is good. I was a bit disappointed that they are removing the gas fireplaces during room updates, but I do understand the safety aspect.
