"Hotel has amazing garden and less than 10 minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Every Reception desk personal were very sweet and helpful. There is a convenient store for quick snacks, too. We would stay there again. "

"While I stayed for one night, I found the room very comfortable and modern, with good views of the city (31st floor). Service was excellent, welcoming and prompt. The room and common spaces were clean and looked very new with no signs of wear or age. Can't comment on the restaurants or bar as I didn't use them. The location is very convenient being 4-5 stops from Ginza and within 25 mins by taxi to Haneda Airport, and right next to Shinagawa Station. Will certainly consider a longer stay here...

"Great hotel to stay at if you have an early flight to catch the next day. 5 min undercover walk to Terminal 3. Stay at the Premier, not the Grand. Better service and no self-check-in (I do not understand why this is a thing in Japan, computers do not make check-in faster and families needs help with luggage). Would stay at the Premier again."

"We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert. "This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."
