"Ich war rundum zufrieden "

"I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all."

"We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Front desk staff a little inexperienced but otherwise a great place to stay. Was a little disappointed that our ocean view room was on a lower floor. All you could see was the trees between the hotel and the ocean"

"Super miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła, rzeczowa i pomocna już od samego zameldowania. Hotel jest w świetnym stania, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Podoje przestronne i zarazem przytulne. Korzystanie ze strefy basen/sauna przyjemne i komfortowe. W każdej z restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne, wysokiej jakości, a obsluga bardzo sprawna. Z drobnych minusow brak jednoznacznych oznaczen wjazdu na parking. Brak mozliwosci sterowania ogrzewaniem/klimatyzacja w pokoju. Kazdorazowo trzeba dzwonic do...

"Wouldve good to mark the business room as located in separage building. We have specifically chosen the room without the out-building in descriptiob to stay in the main building. It was unfortunate that although availability of the rooms in the main building the change was not possible within our price range. Receptionists should follow the protocol of informing guests about the stay. It sounded like there is bo protocol and I had to ask about the details of the stay, even confirm what I am...

"The property is pretty new with a modern vibe, it’s not cheap and make sure you want to visit and stay and the Baltic Coastal town, I think we would have preferred to have had the 2 additional nights in Gdańsk, but that’s only our opinion."
