「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Das Hotel ist direkt am See, sehr schön gelegen. Jedoch ist der Spa Bereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Whirlpool har grad mal eine Düse funktioniert, einzelne Platten fehlten. In der Sauna kam das Holz von den Wänden. Im Indoorpool hat ebenfalls nicht alles funktioniert. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte alles Top sein. Der Wellnessbereich sollte dringend erneuert werden. 」

「在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。」
