Combined with the location close to the lovely Minato and Akasaka areas, the multitude of quality restaurants within the hotel, and the footsteps to the Tokyo Metro system, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Tokyo. "The garden space was wonderful. Staff was universally helpful and pleasant. Room was very well thought out and appointed. Breakfast was varied and quite good. We had service issues with one restaurant onsite, and at a restaurant at the adjacent sister hotel (The Prince) as well. In general, this was one of the nicer hotel stays I have had."

"LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace"
