"The hotel stay was fine. I was not expecting anything that would be rated a five star. We decided to stay an extra night which was ok with the front desk personale. On the day of check out is when I had a problem. I went to pay with a credit card and the front desk personale gave me problems saying cash only. The air conditioning is controlled by a computer at reception and you have to go ask them to turn it back on every morning. Breakfast was very disappointing and they even charged a non-refundable fee of ā‚¬5 for the use of a pool towel (despite telling me Iā€™d get my ā‚¬5 back when I brought the towel back).
