"The check in staff at the counter Arunima was excellent, I had reached the hotel in morning at 8am. When requested early check in, she was kind enough to accept the same and gave me room in 30 mts. Really appreciate this from Arunima and also Priya the staff at the morning Breakfast was so good at her job, she also gave a farewell cake for me after my breakfast as I was checking out. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. "Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...
