The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. "After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows."

"My partner and I just spent one amazing week here in a cottage and honestly we can not fault it one bit. We were greeted and made feel welcome as soon as we walked through the foyer doors. Ice and a few of the ladies made check in seamless and fast which we were grateful for after a long day of travel.
