"Long time for check in but staff hurried up the process. Room had only 1 towel and no cups was told we needed to request ahead of time. During us leaving housekeeping barged in without knocking. Except for the nuances the staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close to the main train station."

"Perfect location. Close to metro/subway. Very quiet. Nice bar in Lobby, great breakfast in the morning. You can open windows in the room, which was good because room was a little stuffy."

"The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service. "

"the check in was easy and Mr Shaja (forget his name) from Bangladesh at the Front Desk make it easy for us. The room very spacious and amenities is all there and our room on the 5th has a great view of Schonbrunn garden. We really like the hotel. Its true you live like a king! the king bed is huge! and there is closet, safe in the room and mini bar and free water upon arrival. coffee and tea maker in the room another plus! keep the good work to the hotel staff and management! would definitely...

"The location is great-walk right into the city from the front door. Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day"
