"The hotel is beautiful, it could use some renovations ; curtains, new mattresses, and bathrobes. The curtains didn’t look up to part ; they were dingy. The mattress I slept in had bumps in it and it was very hard. I think they are due for a change. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I think that I overlooked any failings just because of the things mentioned above just because of the staff. It was a wonderful stay. "

"I’ve stayed here a few times. I always receive two free drink coupons to use at the bar, per what Expedia tells me. I didn’t receive it this time. Kind of upset. The bell hop also lost my luggage and it took him a while to find it… on top of that, my keys didn’t work for my room… they did upgrade my room though, which I like the ambiance and the rooftop bar and location. "
