The negatives: espresso machine at the room cost €2.5 euros per day, no water for free (only available upon check-in. The curtains can only help 80% of sunshine, next-door occupants may be heard “soft walls and it wakes you up”. "The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"Dear iec and staff were great. Just lack breakfast lunch and dinner options. Breakfast could improve with more hot breakfast. Only a buffet lunch available which is very limited. Pool cafe only does sandwiches. Hot food or even French fries would be good. No fresh ice cream either. Dinner is a set menu with limited options. We had no chicken option for the whole week we stayed there. Also there’s only one restaurant in the area so dining is limited. So hotel should give more choices. We had to...

"Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open. "
