"Excellent hotel in most respects. Building and room excellent hi up view of ocean. Excellent bathroom. Staff - reception very poor clueless and everywhere else really really good especially concierge services. The TV and remote were worse than useless ie annoying- you needed this to get hotel info ( no printed material anymore) but it could not be accessed so left in the dark about hitel amenities ( used own ipad but that was general info)."

"Service was top notch, beautiful hotel and great view from the corner room. Its an old school 5 star hotel with nothing to complain about by any means but the rooms are perhaps ready for a bit of a revamp. Still perfectly clean, comfy and great of course. The cocktail bar was solid. Decent happy hour, moody, chill, had a great few drinks there. Location and that iconic entry and lobby was cool. Enjoyed the stay bit might try something a little more butique next time. "
