「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」

「價錢不便宜，勝在地理位置算唔錯，酒店非常小，甚至有地牢房間，房間和日本酒店都很小，行李稍微大一點放不下，提前預訂後酒店要求提前check- in，但係都被分配到地牢房間，最後要求轉房分配到1樓，算舒服了一點，不知到如何形容，不是連鎖酒店也許差一點吧，倫敦酒店一般比較舊，沒所謂但是總是感覺服務跟不上，今後慎選倫敦酒店。」

「This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! Close proximity to two different tubes and easy access to taxis and Ubers at all Times. we truly enjoyed our stay here. 」

「伦敦拱门酒店属于世界小型奢侈酒店，房间数不多。位于海德公园演讲角附近，离红线marble arch站步行5分钟左右，周围是居民区比较安静，不远处有TESCO超市。离帕丁顿站打车不到十分钟，6人座uber9英镑。服务人员都比较热情，含的早餐有免费点单热食。不过，从地铁站走到酒店的路上要小心，遇到过一次小偷，幸好及时发现。」

「The hotel facilities are great. The overall services are excellent, especially bellman Ricky and doorman are very helpful. But the recep desk has some issues there. Checked me into a dirty room (being cleaned), and no apology from anyone from reception ! 」

「一般延遲退房是不可能的，但是飯店竟然非常大方的同意了。為門僮Peter 到行李員都非常親切而周到，bar的調酒非常好。房間內提供的杯子是水晶杯，非常有品味」

「I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in...

「I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time. 」
