「Room Service非常糟糕備品第一天就沒有補足浴巾第二天也沒有整理乾淨雖然有提供電子客房服務預約而且預約成功後顯示20min就會到達卻一點都不是這麼回事（根本沒有用）」

「Great stay ! We loved this hotel. Excellent location, extra clean rooms, friendly staff. Only thing you should know; at 150$/night parking is more expensive than most other hotels. You can self park not too far though for a more reasonable rate. Also, be warned that the hotel is located on the south side of 42nd street, which is a two-way street. Regarding the VIP status on Expedia, we had to ask for the vouchers to get free beverages and the person at the reception did not seem aware of it...
