"The Ritz was very nice! I booked a weekend stay to engage to my fiancé. I hired a photographer and unfortunately, an employee at the hotel would not allow the photographer to take photos when I’ve paid thousands on thousands of dollars to make this perfect for my fiancé. They could have allowed 5 minutes for pictures. They also accidentally threw away our Eddie V’s. We still loved our stay and the spa and most people were really great towards us. Thank you. "

"The Park Hyatt is a great hotel in a lovely neighborhood, and with a terrific pool. Service was uniformly excellent. But it has held on to the irritating habit (now abandoned by most top hotels, especially in European cities) of having a minibar that, if you move an object (say, to cool the bottle of room-temperature water that is provided to guests) you are immediately charged. In my case,$49, which I happened to notice on my electronic checkout. The woman at the front desk kindly removed it...
