"Check in was fast and easy. We forgot toothpaste, they gave us a small tube for free. Staff was very friendly.. You must go to roof top bar.. unique drinks. But the view of the city is amazing. We stayed in room 3116. For some reason the bed was missing the bed spacer, so the mattress was very low to the floor. The coffee bar staff on the first floor in the morning made coffee drinking fun.."

"I loved everything about my stay at Virgin Hotel. I only stayed 1 night in NYC. It was convenient to everything, 3 dining options within the hotel, friendly staff. My only let down was we wanted to extend our stay for an additional night (we didn't want to leave😂😭.....and they were totally booked!!! I definitely understood why!!! Lol ..I'll be back in January though!! "

"I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is very well maintained. I had an issue with the heater in my room. It was fixed promptly. One small issue was that the room service never refilled the body lotion in the bathroom… they replaced the old towels and bedsheet and cleaned the room everyday (I stayed for 3 days)."

"The hotel had no record of my VIP status. However, Jeromy (I believe was his name) a young desk clerk kindly upgraded us on his own accord. He also put Happy Anniversary on our bed and gave us a wonderful hotel candle as a gift. The hotel was great but I am concerned that for the second time our VIP status was not known to the hotel. Please note the reason I chose that hotel was because of the VIP benefit. Im hopeful that that doesn't happen again. "
