"Room was smaller than expected but, it was enough for me as a solo traveler. The service was excellent from the time I arrived until I departed. The hotel was clean and cozy. If I could complain about anything it would be the parking situation but, I get it I probably should have looked into that prior to my stay. Overall everything was great. I would stay again but, not when the Eagles have a game at home. "

"The refundable deposit for "extras" shouldn't be required/demanded upon check-in. Room check-in should be smooth without asking me for more money upfront. Combine that with tired and impatient staff and its a terrible first impression. The room itself and facilities were clean and comfortable however."

"The city view that I upgraded to was pointless. It wasn’t a great view but nice to have a balcony. We had an issue with the tv being “restarted” in the morning that blocked us from watching tv for about 2 hours, but apparently was normal for it to do that. Lastly, my biggest issue with the hotel was the phone service when calling in prior to my check in. Had to call 3 times to finally get through to someone. "

While disappointing, the mattresses ended up being comfortable, and they gave us a free parking voucher, which more than made up for it, although the receptionist seemed to indicate that was included in our package anyway. In any case, we weren't expecting that perk, so all in all, we were satisfied. "
