"We loved the vibe! The staff could not have been more accommodating. The bar food was delicious as was the hearty, hot and fresh breakfast. The room is European in style and clean, clean, clean. Parking is available only on street and you need to start feeding the meter at 7am weekdays which just needs to be planned for in your day. "It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience."

When purchasing the package I ensured to select a flight that gave me the ability to pick my seats since I have small children. Horrible experience and to put an exclamation on the trip I am still at the airport as the flight has been delayed multiple times. Never again!"
